It feels strange or materialistic to say I’m inspired by objects and home goods, but I am. I’m always fascinated by their history, meaning, purpose, or craftsmanship  The creative minds behind store fronts always impress me since I can’t imagine how to be creative that way. How would I find the passion or ideas to create a home goods line? For many of these reasons, I’ve decided to showcase some of my favorite shops and store fronts as I come across them. Call them provisions for the creative mind.

I have a recent client who enjoys playing with bright bold color, and immediately I thought of Castle. Castle home goods and art have been on the radar for some time now, but I find myself coming back to see what new playful patterns and colors they’re using. I would love to add a splash of colorful whimsy to my home, and castle has the stuff to do it.
